Rob from 1-Tom Plumber was outstanding. He was extremely polite, clearly very experienced, and immediately understood the issue. He explained everything clearly and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly. After dealing with a toilet issue for over a week, it was such a relief to work with someone who knew exactly what he was doing. Our toilet is now working perfectly — just as it did before the issue ever started. I would absolutely work with Rob again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber.

We are an elderly couple and recently (Sunday evening) experienced the nightmare of a water line leak underneath our home. My shower was taking forever to heat up and was only staying hot for a few minutes. We had other plumbers come in the past that were not able to resolve this issue. Tyler and Tyreek knew immediately what the issue was. Now my shower gets hot and stays hot. Our kitchen faucet was also leaking and they fixed this issue. I also had them install a new faucet.

Tyler was courteous. He put something on his feet so he didn’t track dirt into the house. He was thorough and took the time to figure out the root cause of the problem. After having other plumbers come for the same situation (3 other times), I really appreciate Tyler’s process. Others left a mess for me to clean up, and patched work that should have been replaced, creating a larger problem for us. Thankful for Tyler’s work!

I called to confirm a quote first thing in the morning and Matt and Tyler, we're able to be at our property at 1pm and had the whole new water heater install completed by 5:30. Additionally they upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 free of charge as the 40 was unavailable on the day! Great, fast service and everything is working brilliantly. Thank you both we will definitely use 1-Tom-Plumber again!

I had a water line break in a terrible spot under my house. You couldn't reach it from the crawl space and there was only a 20" hole in the foundation to access this pipe. Tyler came out in a Sunday and worked most of the day to fix it, but when the line repressurized, I went from having a small leak to a broken pipe. He told me that he was confident he could fix it but he needed a tool and some fittings he couldn't get till in the morning. He came back out Monday morning and worked till about one o'clock, but when he was done, I was leak free and the job looked good. The thing that really impressed me about Tyler was his attitude. It was a horrible job in a horrible space with horrible working conditions(it was between 35⁰ and 40⁰ outside and once the pipe broke, he was working in a mud hole). I said, "For whatever it's worth, I'm sorry you got this job, but I'm glad you're here." He said, "It's just a job. We'll get it done, and for whatever it's worth, I'm sorry I couldn't get it fixed for you on Sunday." If you need a plumber, give 1-Tom-Plumber a call. They'll get you taken care of.
